Electronic music has always been Bonq’s driving force. Raised near Frankfurt am Main, it was her musical passion that drove her to move to Berlin in 2006, where in 2019 she herself began to fly off the decks. Since then, she’s spent her time circling through clouds of deep, progressive house, soaring all the way up to the tumultuous, turbulent realms of techno, guided by blustering, deep synths and the crackle of kick drums.
Bonq, who works as a flight attendant, has spent her time in transit at the Zurück zu den Wurzeln Festival, in the Ritter Butzke/ Kit Kat Club and in clubs in Thailand like the renown Oxa Beach Club on Ko Phangan as well as at other events in and beyond Berlin.
Bonq caught Bebetta’s attention in 2020, who hosted her on one of her legendary Bebetta in Bed sessions. During their B2B, it became clear that not only did they harmonize well as people, but also as musicians behind the decks. Since then, Bonq has regularly been invited to events by Bebetta’s Eating People Crew. In 2021, she became a member of Berlin based Techno collective Setisfaction.
What Bonq loves the most about playing a gig is the energy she shares with her audience, and how, pushed by their amazing resonance, she can escalate to new heights behind the pult. Bonq’s musical journey will soon lead her to the release of her first track- so buckle-up, lean back, and look forward to a juicy techno banger full of emotion and soaring technosonics.

Elektronische Musik ist und war Bonq schon immer Lebenselexier.
Aufgewachsen im Raum Frankfurt am Main zog es sie 2006 getrieben von ihrer Leidenschaft nach Berlin, wo sie 2019 ihren musikalischen Abflug an den Decks startete.
Seitdem durchfliegt sie Wolken von deepen, stets progressivem House bis hin zu schepperndem, turbulenten Techno- meist geprägt von knarzigen, deepen Synths und schallernden Kickdrums.
Zwischenlandungen macht Bonq, hauptberuflich Flugbegleiterin, seitdem u.A. auf dem „Zurück zu den Wurzeln“- Festival, in der Ritter Butzke und Clubs in Thailand wie z.B. dem bekannten Oxa Beach Club auf Ko Phangan sowie auf Events innerhalb und außerhalb Berlins.
2020 wurde Bebetta auf Bonq aufmerksam und hostete sie schließlich bei einer ihrer bekannten „Bebetta in Bed“- Sessions. Während ihres B2Bs zeigte sich ziemlich schnell, dass es zwischen den beiden nicht nur auf menschlicher Ebene, sondern auch hinter den Decks wahnsinnig gut harmoniert. Seitdem ist Bonq regelmäßig auf Events von Bebetta's Eating People Crew vertreten.
Beim Auflegen genießt sie vor allem den Energieaustausch mit dem Publikum und eskaliert hinter dem Pult regelmäßig selbst- gepusht vom Glücksgefühl, was sie empfindet.
